Training with an RYS is the only route to becoming an RYT. The Yoga Alliance used to assess your course's curriculum to check whether it matched theirstandards and then consider your application for registration even if you had not attended an RYS; however, they stopped doing this in 2011.

Therefore, as your renewal date approaches, you will receive a reminder email if nothing changes. To plan your Major Map and receive individualised programme guidance, schedule a one-on-one meeting with your student advisor. For all of your urgent inquiries, participate in a weekly office hour. After enrolling, you will get your login credentials, a welcome email, and access to our self-paced courses, Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy Foundations and Ayurvedic Nutrition.

Anywhere in India, drinking tap water is not advised. At our location, filtered water that is pure and safe to drink is always available in the dining area, although it should always be consumed at your own risk. You can get bottled water from us or nearby stores.
Please inform us about any special dietary needs or allergies when making your reservation or upon arrival. We can accommodate various dietary requirements. In addition, our buffet lunches typically provide dairy and gluten-free alternatives.
There has never been a security issue. Lockable closets and drawers are standard in every room. All campus is being watched over by security personnel. However, it is advised that you lock your cottages or rooms whenever you leave and purchase suitable travel insurance for your possessions.
The rooms are large and airy and have adequate ventilation. Each room has access to hot showers, fresh towels, and bed linens. In addition, each room has an attached bathroom, a cabinet, a coffee table, and a chair.
At Jivan Chakra Yoga Center, we serve wholesome, sattvic, vegetarian cuisine to all our students. Without pesticides, all our fruits, vegetables, and legumes are organic.
At our location, we do not provide non-vegetarian food. Ahimsa (non-violence) is one of the founding tenets of yoga, and we uphold it.
We strongly warn our pupils to refrain from engaging in such behaviour on school grounds. You may cleanse your body, mind, and soul with yoga and Ayurveda. Engaging in such behaviour, even outside the settings, will be detrimental.
Without a doubt! Even while black yoga pants may have been fashionable a few years ago, you are not required to wear them to your yoga sessions. Practice in your most comfortable clothes, jeans, sweatpants, or leggings! Follow your gut.
In poses like Downward Facing Dog, a yoga mat will offer some cushioning and prevent your hands from slipping. Yoga blocks may be useful for specific postures, but most of the time, you may use something else in their place.
When practising yoga actively, it's best to wear cool-keeping clothing; however, when the body swiftly cools down, carry a sweater for relaxation.
